How to apply

All applicants must be 60 years of age or over, who are in need, hardship or distress. You must be able to live independently and be self sufficient, since the Trust is not able to provide medical or nursing care.

We always recommend that the Applicant should come along and see the accommodation that we have on offer here first. One of the members of staff will be very happy to show you around the site and allow you to view the homes that we have available. The next step will be to fill in an application form - you can use the link below by clicking on "Application.doc" or the downward arrow. Send this form into the office and your application will be processed. You will be visited by the Secretary to the Trustees and then if she thinks that you are suitable, you will be offered a final interview with two Trustees. Once the interview is completed, depending on the result of that, you will be offered a home most suitable to your needs. You will usually be able to move in at your convenience dependent upon whether you need to give notice on your present home. Most residents will move into the property within 3 - 4 weeks.
