Communal facilities

The communal lounge offers comfortable seating and a large television for residents to watch their favourite programmes. The lounge is also used for regular activities such as coffee mornings and quiz nights.

There are two large dining tables which are used for Christmas lunch and on other occasions such as the Mother's day and Father's day lunches. Residents are also able to book the lounge and kitchen areas for private functions such as birthdays, or at Christmas, if they wish to have a large family gathering.

There is a well equipped modern kitchen where all the lunches are prepared and which residents are also free to use.

The laundry room has washing machines and tumble dryers and is available for residents to use at a nominal cost.
