The Guest Flat is situated on the first floor of Howitt House, above the communal lounge and kitchen. It was refurbished in 2022 and has two bedrooms, a lounge, dining area, kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. It can be booked by residents for a very reasonable cost so that family and friends can come and stay.
