Services and Property Maintenance

In addition to accommodation, Stephenson Court provides a number of services for residents and ensures that all buildings and areas of the Court are well maintained by trusted companies. 

Gardens

 The landscaped gardens are maintained by Roger from Stephen Jacques. 

Window Cleaning

The windows of all bungalows and flats and communal areas are cleaned every month by Martin's Cleaning Company at no cost to residents. Gutters and fascias are also cleaned annually. 

Gas Servicing

The boilers are serviced annually by Dan from GasFaith. 

Water Testing

Water temperature testing is carried out for legionella every month. This is also done by Dan from GasFaith.

Cleaning

All communal areas of the Court are cleaned weekly by Loos and More. They are also available for residents to engage privately to clean their properties. 

Refurbishments and repairs

These are carried out by various companies including Cowling Electrical Services and Morley's who carry out the main refurbishments when a flat or bungalow becomes vacant.
